Nextel Repairs:
National Service and Repair is comprised of Direct Service Centers and Authorized Services Centers. Within the centers, customer can receive all level of services for their phones, i.e. replacements, repairs, swaps etc. Nextel's Service & Repair Programs let you pick the option that's right for you!
Conditions: Phones deemed unrepairable due to physical or liquid damage will not be covered under any of these options.
Service & Repair does not include the following units: Mobil, Lingo, Base Stations.
This service is subject to all provisions listed in the Motorola Communication Products Limited Warranty, with the exception of the length of the warranty. The product most demonstrate hardware or software defects. The service does not cover damage resulting from customer abuse or misused. The service does not address issue involving network coverage, customer training or billing. This service does not cover physical damage due to vandalism, fire, liquid and acts of nature. Motorola will either repair or replace it with a new or reconditioned product.
Nextel reserves the right to terminate this program at any time without notification.
